Fun in May!

Ford always has a good time with Papaw....here they are taking a "snack break" at the Zoo!

And of course, no one can refuse a ride on a beautiful horse!

Ford recently spent some time "doing yard work" at Nana & Papaw's house....but everyone needs a break now and then!

One of Papaw's dear friends, Mr. Johnnie, generously gave Ford a little race car that belonged to his daughter years ago! Papaw is working on the car to get it back in racing shape....but in the meantime, it sure is fun to "pretend race."

And....our favorite ride at Chuck E. Cheese!

As I've mentioned before....Ford is totally consumed with anything related to fire fighters. During a recent trip to Nana & Papaw's, he came tearing into the living room shouting that he needed to get his fire hat, goggles and fire boots on because there was a fire in the backyard. It was a pretend-fire he assured Nana...but Papaw thought he needed to use the garden hose to get the full effect and be sure the "fire" was put out thoroughly! Ford had a blast & the backyard received a good watering!
